How Nokia 3500 Can Stand The Competition Given By New Models Like LG KM710?

Nokia has mastered the art of manufacturing mobile phones which can last longer and stronger. The testing time of Nokia 3500 a Classic model can be witnessed when its compared to new models like LG K710. The new model of phone has some new ergonomics and new input features, yet the 3500 gadget has a motto of ‘never say die’.

The Classic model is a tri band phone. Nokia 3500 tri band of GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 networks where as KM710 is a quad band phone. They have the same GPRS and EDGE class which provide the same speed of web access. But 3500 is facilitated with HSCSD which is not present in the new gadget from LG.

The internal memory of Nokia 3500 is 8.5 MB but that of KM710 is 160 MB. This doesn’t matter a long as the external card slot of Nokia can allow you to increase the memory to 2GB. The Classic 3500 is quite lightweight compared to KM710. The screen space is almost the same with LG exceeding by .2 inches.

The Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and USB port are common in both the models. Besides there is WAP browser to access the web.

The only area where Nokia 3500 gets less point is the camera with 2 MP. The Lg model has a camera of 3.15 MP. But the camera features are the same.

Both the phones have SMS, MMS and Email. Nokia takes the credit of Instant Messaging. The media player of Classic 3500 is also better than LG KM710 media player with more options to play files like MP3/MP4/AAC/AAC+. Nokia 3500 also takes the credit of live entertainment with a stereo FM radio.

The battery feature of Nokia Classic 3500 is Li-Ion 820 mAh (BL-4C)and that of KM710 Standard battery, Li-Ion 950 mAh. Thus we see that on comparison to a new model how Nokia 3500 gives tough competition and the phone has some features which are better than latest models from rival brands. This shows the mastery of Nokia in mobile gadgets where they input functionalities with futuristic visions.
